Cesar Ugarte

Cesar Ugarte has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as the Director of Sales and General Manager at Paylocity since April 2018. Prior to this role, Cesar held various positions at Paylocity, including Director of Sales and HCM Account Executive. Cesar's previous experience includes serving as District Sales Manager and Sales Consultant at Paychex Inc. from July 2014 to January 2018, and prior to that, working as a Senior Relationship Banker at Union Bank from June 2012 to June 2014, as well as a Business Banker at Wells Fargo from September 2008 to June 2012.
