Elatia Abate

Elatia Abate is a seasoned futurist and educator currently serving as Futurist in Residence at Paylocity, where insights on HR and workforce trends are shared with leaders and clients. As an entrepreneur and global keynote speaker at Future of Now, Elatia facilitated a significant COVID conversation experiment, fostering discussions on mental health and resilience. Experience includes instructional roles at Stanford Continuing Studies, The University of Chicago Graham School, and the University of Toronto, focusing on futurist leadership and the evolving nature of work. Previous positions encompass key leadership roles in human resources at Dow Jones and Anheuser-Busch InBev, as well as a prior tenure as Futurist in Residence at Fesa Group. Elatia Abate holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA with Honors in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
