Omar Ashrafi

Omar Ashrafi is an experienced professional in product strategy and sales engineering, currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Strategy at Paylocity since June 2011. In this role, Omar collaborates with District Sales Managers to deliver impactful demonstrations of Paylocity's solutions and actively mentors new sales team members. Prior to joining Paylocity, Omar worked at Paychex from June 2004 to May 2011, where accomplishments included facilitating over $3 million in new client revenue as a Senior Solution Expert and managing implementation and support services for enterprise clients. Omar holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has furthered education with certificates in Project Management and Process Management and Improvement from premier institutions.
