Rod Smith

Rod Smith has extensive experience in operations and management, demonstrated through a long tenure at Paylocity as Operations Manager since April 2007, alongside a concurrent role as Broker at Realty Associates in Bolingbrook, IL, starting in the same year. Prior to these positions, Rod Smith served as District Operations Manager at Ceridian from June 1997 to March 2003 and held the title of Operations Manager at Sysco Foods from January 1986 to March 1997. Rod Smith earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Long Beach State University, having attended from 1976 to 1981, and completed secondary education at Inglewood High School from 1972 to 1976.
