Rohan Xavier Gupta

Rohan Xavier Gupta, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Implementation Ops at Paylocity since November 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Program Manager at DoSomething from July 2022 to October 2025, where a focus was placed on youth-centered activism and service. Rohan also worked as Project Testing and Training Coordinator at Fast Enterprises, LLC, from August 2021 to July 2022, supporting various government programs globally. Additional roles include Project Manager/Career Advisor at Youth Job Center, Project SOAR Mentor Leader at McGaw YMCA, Data Intern at Challenging Heights, Quantitative Research Intern at YouthBuild Global, and Federal Election Judge at DuPage Election Committee. Rohan holds a Bachelor's degree in Learning, Organizational Change, and Latinx Studies from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with a study abroad experience at the University of Havana.
