Tracy Thomas is a seasoned people leader with a passion for data and innovative ideas. Tracy has extensive experience in implementation management, having worked at Paylocity since 2017 as the Manager of the HRIS Implementation Team, where they lead a department of supervisors and indirect reports. Prior to this, Tracy held several roles at Paylocity from 2015 to 2017, focusing on ACA implementation and supporting payroll initiatives. Tracy also served as Chapter President and Board Member for the ACLU from 2007 to 2009 and was an Avid Tutor from 2009 to 2011. Tracy earned a BA in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009.
