Alexander Sher

Alexander Sher has worked in the IT industry since 2011. Alexander began their career at Mirkvartir as a Middle/Senior C# Developer, where they released a data processing pipeline and worked on backend development using C#. In 2014, they joined Star-Staff as CTO, where they were responsible for all IT stuff and developed a custom ATS. In 2016, they moved to Flocktory as CTO, where they hired two completely new teams, grew the IT department from 5-10 to 20 teammates, and reduced time to market for important features. Additionally, they built a universal service to segment user profiles and a geo suggestion service. Alexander is currently employed at Paylode as CTO.

Alexander Sher attended the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) from 2009 to 2012, where they were pursuing an unfinished bachelor's degree.
