Dheeraj Rai

Dheeraj Rai is an experienced engineering manager at PayMate, where responsibilities include executing the product roadmap, implementing development best practices, fostering technological innovations, and mentoring junior developers since November 2010. Prior to this role, Dheeraj served as a project lead, focusing on the development of PayMate's web and mobile applications, defining product architecture, designing data models, and managing project planning and delivery. Earlier experience includes a position as a senior solution developer at CMO Global from March 2005 to October 2010. Dheeraj holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed between 1999 and 2003.
