Kia Her, CSFS, boasts extensive experience in client engagement and operations management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Sr. Client Engagement Manager at Health Payment Systems, Inc. since March 2013, Kia has held multiple roles including Client Engagement Manager, Processing Team Lead, and Operations Supervisor. Additionally, Kia is currently a Sr. Client Engagement Manager at PayMedix since April 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Appeal Specialist at Scion Dental from November 2012 to March 2013 and as a Senior Service Advisor at MultiPlan from January 2007 to May 2011. Kia is pursuing a Communications degree at Alverno College, expected to complete in 2015.
