Gemma Garcia Godall is a versatile professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational culture. As a Founding Partner at Instituto de Inteligencia Emocional since April 2015, Gemma has focused on integrating Emotional Intelligence into teams and organizations through customized training programs. Concurrently, as a Leadership, Culture & Performance Architect at The Zone Global since July 2016, Gemma has worked on fostering cultures that enable happiness and high performance.
