Dan Moore

Dan Moore is an experienced professional in the field of strategy and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Head of Strategy, Analysis and Engagement at the Payment Systems Regulator since January 2024. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions at the Department for Transport in the United Kingdom from April 2015 to January 2024, including Director of Rail Strategy and Analysis, where responsibilities included overseeing rail reform, devolution, and funding, as well as leading efforts related to Brexit. Dan’s earlier experience includes serving as Project Director at the Competition and Markets Authority and holding multiple roles at the Office of Fair Trading. Dan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Modern History from the University of Oxford and postgraduate qualifications in EU Competition Law and Competition Policy.
