Dr Catherine Batch has an extensive background in various industries, including academia, the Australian Army, consulting, and marketing. She holds degrees in Communication, IT, Change Management, and a PhD in Trust and AI in Investor Relations. Currently, she is the Director of Customised Programs at QUT, a Senior Lecturer in MBA and PSMP programs, and a Public Affairs Officer in the Australian Army. Additionally, she serves as an Advisory Board Member at JY Australia and a Research Director at Payments Consulting Network.
