Fred Rodriguez

Fred Rodriguez has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and operations sectors, notably serving as an Eagle Advisor at PaymentsEd Forum since 1999. At HomeServe USA, Fred held multiple titles from May 2015 to July 2025, including Chief Information and Process Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President of Business Operations. Prior to this, Fred worked at Affinion Group from September 1997 to May 2015 as EVP Operations. Additionally, Fred contributed as Treasurer for the March of Dimes of Middle Tennessee from August 2012 to January 2015. Fred earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut School of Business between 1985 and 1989.
