Fernanda Segura

Fernanda Segura is a bilingual customer service representative at Paymentus since February 2025, with prior experience as a concierge at Paragon Security and as a bilingual executive assistant in the Minister’s Office at the Ministerio de Turismo de República Dominicana from March 2021 to January 2023. During the time at the Ministerio de Turismo, responsibilities included drafting official documents, managing communications, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel for C-suite executives, while successfully registering over 90% of incoming and outgoing communication to SharePoint for enhanced accessibility. Fernanda also served as an administrative assistant at Centro Casa Comunitarias de Justicia from April 2019 to March 2021, assisting with financial reports and state subsidy applications, and worked as an inside sales account representative at Real Way Dominicana in 2018, focusing on data management related to hotel contracts. Fernanda holds a postgraduate degree in Global Business Management from Georgian College and a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Business Management from Universidad APEC.
