Sarah Rubens

Sarah Rubens currently serves as the Senior Director of Business Operations at Paymentus, where responsibilities include developing an operations program to enhance the efficiency of the Account Management organization. Prior to Paymentus, Rubens spent over two decades at Fiserv, progressing through roles from Account Manager to Senior Director of Cultural Excellence and Client Operations. During this time, focus centered on integrating key functions for improved client service and driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Early career experiences included roles at US Cellular-Answer Wireless. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in e-Commerce from the University of Phoenix.
