Penghao Mao

Penghao Mao has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2015, they joined Paymentwall, Inc. as a Business Development professional, where they successfully developed new businesses in new verticals by identifying prospective enterprises and understanding their business models and monetization needs. Penghao also actively managed the sales process, including generating leads, pitching to clients, negotiating agreements, and handing over deals to the Account Management Team. Penghao presented Paymentwall to potential clients through various channels, such as face-to-face meetings, networking events, cold emails, and social media.

Prior to that, in 2014, Penghao worked as a Market Analyst at ADVANTAGE E-BUSINESS CO. In this role, they searched for potential clients, contacted them for cooperation opportunities, and conducted database research on online marketing methods. Penghao also provided post-sales customer service and gathered feedback to foster long-term client relations.

Before that, in 2013, Penghao served as an Associate Banker at China Guangfa Bank. Penghao made phone calls to reach potential clients, offered the bank's investment portfolio information, and liaised with clients to coordinate data research for risk analysis. Penghao also negotiated and advised clients on potential bank loans investing.

Penghao's early work experience includes a teaching assistant role at New Oriental Education & Technology Group (NYSE:EDU) in 2013. During this time, they taught oral English speaking to a class of 50 students and took care of their daily activities and studies.

Penghao Mao pursued their education in a chronological order starting from 2010. Penghao obtained a Bachelor's degree in English & Insurance double major from Nankai University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Penghao then continued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics and Economics from 2012 to 2014. Later, they attended Hult International Business School from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Master's degree in Finance.
