Joel Grace

Joel Grace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2012, they worked as a Help Desk Technician at Spaulding Hills Networks for a brief period. In 2013, they worked as a Sales Associate at S and later as a Help Desk Technician at Sports Medicine North. Their next role was as an Associate QA Engineer at PlumChoice in 2014, followed by a position as an HP/Verizon Technician. Joel switched roles within PlumChoice to become an Innovation Delivery Specialist before leaving in 2016. Since 2019, Joel has been working at PaymentWorks, where they initially started as a Customer Support Representative and later transitioned into the role of Senior Support Representative in July 2021.

Joel Grace completed their high school education at Bridgewater Raynham Regional High School from 2000 to 2004, earning a High School Diploma. Joel then pursued further education in the field of Information Technology at Lincoln Tech - Lowell from 2011 to 2012, specializing in Network Communications and Information Systems.
