Lauren Mangold

Lauren Mangold is a skilled UX Designer with experience at PaymentWorks, Fiverr, and WellSky. At PaymentWorks, Lauren currently applies UX design principles to enhance user experiences. While at Fiverr, Lauren created essential design deliverables and conducted usability testing to inform feature selection, alongside engaging in stakeholder meetings to present insights. Lauren's role at WellSky involved designing new wireframes for a B2B SaaS solution, facilitating focus groups, and conducting usability testing. Prior to focusing on UX design, Lauren demonstrated strong instructional skills as a Science Teacher at IDEA Public Schools and contributed to customer service excellence at Whole Foods Market while also managing marketing efforts at Sno-Beach Austin. Lauren holds a Bootcamp Certification in UX/UI Design and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
