Ladan has held various senior roles at companies such as Paymun, Inc., LadanDesign, Personal Capital, RS Investments, BlackRock, Morgan Stanley, and Peoplesoft. Throughout their career, Ladan has led re-branding initiatives, developed design systems and style guides, created new brand identities, and designed digital and print assets for a variety of clients and industries. Ladan has also managed and mentored design teams, trained internal teams on style guidelines, and implemented processes for brand consistency. Ladan's expertise includes designing logos, app marks, thought leadership publications, environmental graphics, collateral, and digital assets.
