Abelardo "Allan" Jr. Condino

Abelardo "Allan" Jr. Condino has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Abelardo "Allan" Jr. is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Paynamics Technologies Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing the implementation of the company's strategy and optimizing resources across various business operations.

Prior to their current role, Condino worked at QuickReliable Courier Services, Inc. as the VP of Information Technology and Business Development from January 2017 to June 2022. Abelardo "Allan" Jr. also served as the Information Technology Head from June 2015 to December 2016.

Before joining QuickReliable, Condino held multiple roles at E. Excel International, including Head of Information Technology and Logistics from February 2007 to June 2015, Head of Information Technology from February 2004 to February 2007, and Executive Assistant to the General Manager from February 2002 to January 2004.

Condino began their career at BCM Consulting Corp. as a Business Development Manager from May 2000 to December 2001. Abelardo "Allan" Jr. also worked at Epson Philippines Corporation as an MIS Administrator from September 1997 to December 1998, and at Ever Commonwealth Center, Inc. as an MIS Supervisor from February 1996 to March 1997.

Abelardo "Allan" Jr. Condino began their education at Mapúa University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from 1990 to 1995. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at De La Salle University. From 1998 to 2002, they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Allan Condino has also obtained several certifications. In December 2006, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional. In November 2012, they obtained the ITIL V3 Foundation certification from EXIN. Further, they earned a Six Sigma White Belt certification from the Aveta Business Institute in December 2012. The most recent certification they obtained was in April 2020, when they completed the "Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills" course at the University of Michigan.
