James Payne

James Payne is a Founding Partner at Payne & Fears LLP, where James has worked since April 1992. Prior to that, James gained experience at various legal firms and as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. James holds a Doctor of Law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from UC Irvine.
