Paul Payne

Paul Payne is currently the VP of Advisor Life Insurance Growth at Quantum since August 2022. Prior to this role, Paul served as the President at Turn Key Producers Group since January 2017 and also founded Payne Financial Solutions in August 2011. Paul attended Indiana University Northwest from 1998 to 2002.
