James Carr-Smith is highly experienced and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Payne Hicks Beach LLP. Prior to this, James held the same position at Pelham Street - Leadership Advisory & Executive Coaching. With a background in the British Army spanning over 30 years, James has held various leadership roles including Commander Royal Military Academy Sandhurst Group and British Military Attaché in Washington D.C. James has also completed advanced management and defense courses to further enhance their knowledge and skills.
