Previously, Rajiv held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Xstrops Consulting Private Limited since October 2022 and served as Principal Consultant at Xstrops Consulting from March 2019 to October 2022. Rajiv has extensive experience in human resources, including roles as Chief People Officer at Dr. Batra's Healthcare, Senior Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Prime Focus, and Group HR Head at Graviss Group. With a career spanning over two decades, Rajiv has also worked with prominent organizations such as ICICI Securities, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, and Bharti Airtel, showcasing expertise in HR strategy, operations, and talent management. Rajiv holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the University of Mumbai.
