Valeri Valtchev

Valeri Valtchev is the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Paynetics, an e-money institution providing payment services across the EU. He is also the Co-Founder of Phos, a software POS solution, and a Board Member of phyre JSC, a mobile payment app. Valeri serves as the Chairman of the Management Board at the Bulgarian Fintech Association and is the Founder and NED at WGCapital, a private equity investor. With a background in M&A and corporate finance, Valeri has experience as a Managing Partner at INNIMMO and Forton/Cushman&Wakefield Alliance. He also held a position as Director of European Trade Services at White & Case. Valeri holds a Master of Laws degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and has completed studies at Columbia Law School.
