Alexandre Gau

Alexandre Gau has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alexandre began their career at ESAT Chantecler as a Responsable qualité from January 2007 to January 2008. Alexandre then worked at GM Productions as a Lawyer from May 2008 to December 2009, specializing in the production of shows and the legal framework for artists and works. In 2010, Alexandre founded their own company called New Tones, focusing on the sensorial marketing of companies and providing consulting services for corporate development strategy. From July 2013 to December 2019, they served as a Corporate Lawyer/Manager at Optima Pharma, specializing in consulting within the pharmaceutical sector. During this time, Alexandre dealt with agreements related to international agreements, NDA, terms and conditions, and employment contracts. From December 2015 to December 2019, they also held the role of Chief Legal Officer/Co-Founder at Mobile My Day software, an innovative start-up in the healthcare sector. In this position, Alexandre managed legal and human resources aspects of the company, including corporate governance, contracts, and data protection. Most recently, they joined Paynovate in December 2019 as a Legal Officer.

Alexandre Gau obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Droit from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.
