Anastasia Rackovska

Anastasia Rackovska serves as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Paynt Group, a position held since October 2016. In this role, Anastasia is responsible for integrating risk management practices across the enterprise, developing the enterprise risk management framework, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining business continuity. Previously, Anastasia held the position of Head of Risk, overseeing departmental operations and leading talent development and performance evaluations. Prior to joining Paynt, Anastasia was the Head of Onboarding and Ongoing Monitoring and Risk Operations Manager at veripay from October 2013 to October 2016. Educational credentials include an upcoming MBA in Artificial Intelligence from IU International University of Applied Sciences, a Financial Risk degree from the Global Association of Risk Professionals, a Certificate in Fraud Risk Management from the Financial Crime Academy, and a degree in Management from Biznesa augstskola Turība, among others.
