Sergio Marco

Sergio Marco is an experienced professional with a strong background in pre-contracts, commercial management, and bidding within the construction industry. Currently serving as Pre-Contracts Manager, Commercial Manager, and Bid Manager at Paynters since October 2016, Sergio collaborates with the Bid, Estimating, and Pre-Construction team to secure future opportunities for the organization. Prior experience includes serving as Estimating Manager at Watpac Limited from August 2002 to August 2016, leading a team of 40 employees with annual turnover between $40 million and $70 million. Additionally, Sergio worked as an Estimator at Rohrig Constructions Pty Ltd from July 1997 to August 2002. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Business from Chifley Business, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science Construction Management from Queensland University of Technology.
