Ariel Akron

Ariel Akron is an accomplished data product leader currently serving as the Data Product Group Lead at Payoneer since August 2025. Previously, Ariel held various roles at Pagaya from February 2020 to August 2025, including Senior Product Manager and Business Data Group Lead, where responsibilities encompassed managing QA, data management, and analytics teams, driving significant AUM growth, and onboarding numerous partners. As FinOps Team Lead, Ariel established the operational framework for a new team in a rapidly growing B2B2C fintech environment. Prior experience includes working as a Business Analyst at BDO Israel and Zenovar, focusing on quantitative analysis and economic consulting.
