Bea Ordonez

Bea Ordonez has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bea is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Payoneer, a fintech company that empowers small and medium-sized businesses to grow globally. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Innovation Officer at Webster Bank and the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President at Sterling National Bank.

Before their role in the banking sector, Bea Ordonez worked at OTC Markets Group as the Chief Financial Officer, where they operated the world's largest marketplace platform for OTC securities. Bea also worked as the COO and Managing Director at Convergex, a global financial services firm, where they managed global operations and led a team of over 100 staff.

Earlier in their career, Bea Ordonez held the position of Chief Financial Officer at G-Trade, a start-up broker-dealer, and worked as an Account Manager at Marsh & McLennan Companies, overseeing financial reporting and treasury operations. Bea began their career as a Tax Consultant at PwC and Arthur Andersen, providing tax advisory services to corporate clients.

Bea Ordonez has a diverse education history. In 1990, they enrolled in the University of Nottingham and pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree, specializing in Law, which they completed in 1993. Following this, from 1994 to 1997, they attended the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), where they obtained the C.A. (Chartered Accountant) degree. In 2018 to 2019, they attended Harvard Business School for a specialized program in Mergers & Acquisitions: Strategy, Execution and Post-Merger Management. Additionally, in 2006, they received the FINRA Series 27 (Financial and Operations Principal) certification from FINRA.
