Hemant Dhingra

Hemant Dhingra serves as the Senior Director of Engineering at Payoneer since October 2025, where responsibilities include establishing the Customer-Facing Applications organization in India and leading cross-functional teams to enhance global customer engagement. Previously, Dhingra held the position of Site Lead at Toast, where efforts focused on developing the Bangalore Development and Innovation Centre and contributing to global technology strategy as part of the fintech leadership team. Prior experience includes roles at Microsoft as Principal Engineering Manager, overseeing global charters related to Office Collaboration Services, and at CRED as Engineering Leader, directing the Home and Growth Charter. Dhingra also served as Team Lead Manager at Uber, leading efforts on financial metrics. Dhingra completed Executive Education programs in Leadership and Strategy at Harvard Business School in 2019.
