Roy Alejandro Ellis Ochoa is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and financial advisory. As Vice President at OIC since July 2021, Roy oversees a portfolio of 13 investments totaling over $1 billion, focusing on strategic direction and high-stakes negotiations. Previously, Roy held roles at Origin International and AlixPartners, where expertise in distressed and turnaround situations was developed, advising companies and stakeholders across various industries, including oil & gas and retail. An early career included serving as a Senior Analyst at Gencap & Co., providing M&A and corporate finance services in the LATAM region.
