Currently serving as Vice President of Consumer and Credit Fraud Risk at PayPal, Chad leads the development of a comprehensive fraud strategy encompassing various consumer products. Previously, Chad held key positions at Relay, Revolut, Chime, and American Express, focusing on building risk capabilities, enhancing fraud detection, and implementing innovative solutions to protect customer accounts. Chad’s early career included research roles at Los Alamos National Laboratory and the Santa Fe Institute, along with advanced studies in mathematics at Arizona State University and dual degrees in mathematics and chemistry from Colorado State University Pueblo.
