Diana Toscas is a highly accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in driving technology transformation and enhancing developer productivity. Currently serving as Director of Engineering for Developer Productivity Engineering at PayPal since October 2020, Diana has successfully established and structured teams focused on onboarding and supporting PayPal’s developer tools. Prior to this role, Diana held various positions at Braintree, including Senior Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included leading teams in Search, Reporting & Insights, and Platform Application. Diana's tenure at CME Group from 2012 to 2017 involved leadership in technology transformation initiatives and project execution, culminating in the development of a high-performing platform team. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago and a Master's degree in Computer Science from DePaul University. Diana also completed the High-Performance Leadership program at the University of Chicago.
