Jacqueline Karlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management across leading technology and financial companies. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of AI Product at PayPal, Jacqueline is responsible for the AI products suite that enhances Shopping Personalization and Checkout. Prior roles include Director of Commerce, Payments & Risk Operations at WhatsApp and Sr. Director of Product for the eCommerce Platform at Expedia Group, where Jacqueline oversaw key product teams and the eCommerce value proposition. Experience at Amazon includes leading the Alexa Voice Services International team and managing the Amazon Lending product development. Jacqueline holds an MBA from MIT, where leadership roles included the presidency of the MIT FinTech Club and the MIT Finance & Policy Club, along with degrees in Social Communications, Marketing and Advertising, and various certifications in project management and process optimization.
