Jose Rubio

Jose Rubio is a software engineer who currently works for PayPal. Jose has previously worked as the chief engineer and co-founder for Mineful, where they were in charge of the company's overall technology direction and product design. Jose's work there included designing a system of connectors to different shopping cart engines and implementing a quartz scheduler based component, among other things. Jose is skilled in designing and developing front ends, REST APIs, and email template systems.

Jose Rubio received a BS in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico. Jose then attended Kansas State University.
