María Ovalle

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in health, nutrition, and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A. de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana was the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting office between February 2016 and 2019. Mariana also contributed to education as a university lecturer on applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana's academic qualifications include a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
