Patty Bear

Patty Bear is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr. Director and previously as Director of HR Business Partner at PayPal since August 2015, Patty has demonstrated expertise in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Prior to PayPal, Patty held the position of Director and Sr. Manager of HR Business Partner at Symantec from October 2005 to June 2015 and served as an HR Business Partner at Novellus Systems from October 2000 to October 2005. Patty holds an MBA in Leading People and Organizations from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a BA in Communication and Cultural Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara.
