Ted Chong

Ted Chong is a seasoned professional in the field of data protection and technical support, currently serving as a Data Protection Infrastructure Engineer at PayPal since May 2018, where responsibilities include implementing Zscaler ZIA/ZPA cloud proxy and user migration. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Support Consultant at Caplin Systems, focusing on efficient customer support solutions, and as an eCommerce Infrastructure Support specialist at RBS Global Banking & Markets, providing Level 2 and 3 production support.
