Troi Ward

Troi Ward, MBA, has a diverse background in administrative and people operations roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the EVP, Chief Enterprise Services Officer at PayPal, and previously as an Executive Recruiting Coordinator. Ward's experience includes positions at Dun & Bradstreet as a People Operations Analyst and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, as well as roles in higher education at Rider University, including Community Director and advisor for student associations. Earlier in the career, Ward gained customer service experience at SEPHORA and Carlo's Bakery. An academic foundation was established with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Fairleigh Dickinson University, followed by further education at Rider University.
