Walter Chen

Walter Chen is a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in various technical roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as MTS 2 at PayPal since August 2020, Walter has previously held significant positions such as Staff Software Engineer at WeWork, where a comprehensive access control platform was developed to manage over 500 buildings globally. Walter has also led Cloud API development for electric vehicles at BYTON, designed optimized systems at Walmart Global eCommerce, and contributed to various projects at organizations including Blackhawk Network, Apple, Huawei Technologies, and CGI.
