Wei (Gracie) Xia is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development and project management, currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at PayPal since September 2022. Prior to this role, Wei worked at Salesforce as a Senior Member of Technical Staff and contributed to the Team Trailhead. Earlier experience includes a position at OnceThere as a Rails Software Engineer, where responsibilities included developing and debugging a Travel Customer Management Service, and at Keet Health, where Wei provided a GraphQL API for a React mobile application. Wei also has a background as a Junior Software Engineer at The Honest Company, working on a custom Rails e-commerce application. Wei holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Law from Northeast Normal University, and a Master of Science in Vocational Education and Personnel Capacity Building from Technische Universität Dresden.
