Susiwati Ta is a product manager with expertise in payments and e-commerce. Currently, they serve as a Senior Product Manager at PayPay, the largest mobile payment app in Japan, focusing on enhancing payment experiences. Previously, Susiwati held the role of Product Manager at Shopee, where they managed finance and inventory products, successfully leading projects that improved fee visibility and inventory management across multiple markets. They began their career as a Research Engineer at A*STAR, providing operational consultancy and developing solutions that improved efficiency for various clients. Susiwati holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Systems and Design from the Singapore University of Technology and Design.
