Jay has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including strategy development and implementation, product development, sales and distribution, and next generation medical management. Prior to joining PayPill, Jay served as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer at Highmark, Head of Enterprise Strategy at Aetna, and SVP of Global Strategy at Aon Hewitt. Jay began their career in consulting, first at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Principal Consultant and then at Deloitte & Touche as a Sr. Consultant. In 2005, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager. Jay has a proven track record in developing and executing successful strategies that have led to significant growth for their clients. Jay is a thought leader in the healthcare industry and is respected for their insights and expertise.
Jay Godla has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School, a MSIE from The University of Toledo, and a B.Tech from Sri Venkateswara University. Jay is also certified by ASQ - World Headquarters as a Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer, and Certified Quality Manager. Additionally, they are certified by APICS as a Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
