Łukasz Lubosz

Łukasz Lubosz is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently serving as Development Team Lead at PayPo since August 2021, Łukasz oversees initiatives in the Customer Area and Mobile App Area. As Chief Technical Officer at FINTECH Solutions since July 2018, responsibilities include supervising strategic IT processes and fostering team growth. Previous roles include Software Architect, where Łukasz designed a complex credit accounting system utilizing Domain Driven Development principles; Software Engineer at Mohawk Group, where modern development practices were employed; and CTO/Technical Director at Sky Gate, focusing on improving project quality through modern methodologies. Earlier in the career, Łukasz held key positions in production management and development at Grupa SPOT and Grupa Wydawnicza Helion SA, and also operated a consulting business.
