Paul Kent

Paul Kent has been working in the software and business analyst field for over six years. Paul started their career as a community manager and marketing advisor for PayProMedia. In this role, they were responsible for working with community managers to analyze marketing strategies for current clients and create analysis reports. Paul also provided advice about supplemental marketing ideas and complete new marketing strategies for clients. Paul's primary areas of expertise included websites, social media, email marketing, inbound marketing, video production, SEO, and print marketing.

In 2014, Kent transitioned to PayProTec where they now serves as the Director of Software & Business Analyst. In this role, they oversee the software development process and provides analysis and recommendations to improve PayProTec’s software products. Paul also works closely with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

Before joining PayProTec, Kent worked as a Sage Software Consultant for Marshall & Poe. In this role, they created custom crystal report files for distribution and account modules in Sage 300. Paul also provided on-site and remote user training during implementation processes, as well as go-live support for all Sage 300 functions. Additionally, they created custom financial statement solutions using Sage Intelligence Report Designer.

Paul Kent has a BS in Management of Information Systems, Accounting, Marketing, and Business Administration from Grace College and Seminary. Paul is also certified as a Sage 300 Financial & Distribution Consultant from Sage Software Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Paul Kent works with Jeri Hoskins - Administrative Assistant, Brian Linky - National Sales Director, and Jenny Ruechel - Senior Relationship Manager. Their manager is Matt Hoskins, Founder & CEO.
