Gianluca Balducci

Gianluca Balducci is an experienced technology and engineering professional with a robust background in IT and project management. Currently serving as Chief Information Technology Officer at PayRay Bank since March 2018, Gianluca oversees all IT infrastructure development. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer at OPTIMA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SRL from January 2017 to January 2020, Gianluca was responsible for software developments. Prior experience includes roles such as Offshore Superintendent and Offshore Field Engineer at Van Oord and Saipem, where responsibilities encompassed project and personnel management. Gianluca also founded SOOF SRL, a shoes design and production boutique, further showcasing entrepreneurial skills. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, complemented by an Erasmus Exchange program at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
