Nichole Rose

Nichole Rose has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Teacher at Little Blessings Preschool in 2007. Nichole then moved to Lowe's Companies, Inc. in 2005, where they held the role of Team Leader until 2011. Nichole then moved up to Department Manager, and then Human Resources Business Partner, both at Lowe's Companies, Inc. until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Golding Farms Foods, Inc. In 2021, they moved to Cornerstone Building Brands as a Compliance Specialist, and currently holds the role of HR Risk and Compliance Program Manager at PayReel, Inc. since 2022.

Nichole Rose obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Capella University between 2012 and 2014, with a field of study in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Nichole also obtained their Interdisciplinary Studies degree from the University of Central Florida between 2005 and 2008, with a field of study in Special Education/ Sociology.
