Alex Vaughn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer implementation and success across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Boarding & Implementation at Payroc since June 2020, Alex has held multiple roles within the company, including Director and Manager of Merchant Implementation. Prior experience includes working as an Implementation Consultant at Samsara, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding and training customers on IoT solutions, achieving high customer satisfaction, and facilitating cross-department collaboration. Alex also excelled as a Customer Success Specialist at Payscape, leading to recognition as Employee of the Month and surpassing system implementation goals. Earlier in a career as an Elementary School Teacher at Gwinnett County Public Schools, Alex developed effective teaching strategies and maintained strong communication with parents. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from The University of Georgia.
