Louis Derose

Louis DeRose is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development, finance, and investment banking. As of April 2024, Louis serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Payroc. Prior to this role, Louis held the position of VP of Finance at both Ponto and Bridge Trust, Co. from March 2022 to April 2024. Louis's career also includes significant roles at KBW as a Director and Vice President, and as an Investment Banking Professional at Marlin & Associates. Louis began in corporate finance as a consultant and analyst at Pöyry, and has experience as an analyst at Huron Consulting Group. Louis completed internships at Huron Consulting Group and Goldman Sachs, where experience was gained in higher education consulting and private wealth management, respectively. Louis holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, and Finance from Villanova University.
